Apply for Housing
Thank you for your interest in staying at Siloam Missionary Homes. As part of the application process, read the Policies and Procedures prior to completing the application. The application process includes background checks, confirmation of active missionary status, and the submission of a reservation deposit.
The board has set policies that we follow when scheduling families for housing. Priority will be given to missionaries who desire housing for a period of three months or longer. We also give priority to active or retiring foreign missionaries, then active or retiring home missionaries. The next priority is given to missionaries actively raising support, then other Christian workers, and finally fully retired missionaries or Christian workers.
Your application will include a $25 administrative fee that includes up to two adult background checks. If you have additional applicants 18 or older the additional background check fees will be billed to you.
THIS APPLICATION WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONFIRMED RESERVATION UNTIL A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF U.S. $200 AND THE BACKGROUND CHECK AUTHORIZATION FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY SILOAM MISSIONARY HOMES. PLEASE NOTE: THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED.
Note regarding deposit: This deposit will typically be refunded 60 days from departure date, less any outstanding charges for electricity/propane, damage to the home (other than normal wear & tear), cleaning or rubbish removal. If your charges exceed the $200, you will be billed for the additional.
