Who Can Stay?

  1. Active missionaries serving outside the U.S. on regular or medical furlough
  2. Retiring missionaries who have just completed their lifetime service
  3. US-based missionaries on regular or medical furlough
  4. Approved missionary appointees on deputation
  5. Occasionally, we are able to accommodate other Christian workers with fundamental, established Christian organizations.  


How Much Does it Cost?

  • There is an administrative fee of $25.00 which will be included with your application.
  • A reservation deposit of $200.00 which will be required after your application is approved. 
  • In lieu of rent, Siloam charges a monthly maintenance fee which varies from $530.00 to $630.00 per month (depending on the size of the home) and includes internet, trash dumpster service, water and sewer. 
  • Your utilities (electricity and propane) are billed separately based on your usage. This ranges from $100 to $600 per month based on the house size and number of people in your family as well as how you use heat and air conditioning. 

Note that our homes are fully furnished. You need only bring your clothes and personal items. Other amenities at Siloam include responsive staff who live onsite or nearby, monthly fellowships and other activities, a free clothing boutique, Dad’s Store with free food and other supplies, a greenhouse, bicycles, libraries of books, toys and games, a fully equipped workout room, a recreation center, playgrounds, a workshop and more. 


How Long Can We Stay?

We require a minimum stay of one month and a maximum stay of one year (except MAG). We do allow shorter or longer stays in our campground if you are coming with an RV Camper or motorhome.
